About Us

Zions began as a small contracting firm and has remained that way, with a steady schedule of projects. Zions has been contracted to build pretty much everything. We’ve built award-winning, million-dollar residences, and medium density residential. We’ve been the preferred builder for restaurant chains such as Gandolfo’s and Costa Vida, built dental offices and creameries, even a cell tower. We’ve taken on everything from hillside development projects, to ground-up pad sites, to tenant improvement, to full-scale development and everything in-between. From small beginnings, we now have projects in the World Tower, City Creek, University Place, and beautiful Brick Oven remodel in Provo. Pardon the name dropping, we are very proud of our team’s work and the relationships that we have built.
